12 COURAGEOUS COMMITMENTS TO PURIFY YOUR BODY & POWER UP YOUR LIFE.
STEP 1: SELF-LOVE
WELLNESS is not a destination you arrive at — it’s a lifelong relationship with your body.
A relationship where communication is open & liberated, and LOVE is the driving emotion.
You’ll begin your Lifestyle Transformation with an exploration of Self-Love — from the thoughts you allow into your mind, right down to how you greet your reflection in the mirror.
Because without love, life isn’t much fun. (And changing old habits is one hundred times harder.)
STEP 2: GOOD MORNING!
Imagine WAKING UP with luminous skin (no concealer & powder required), massive ENERGY (no coffee, no fizzy cans of insanity) and an overwhelming desire to be KIND
(Dalai Lama-style).
It all starts by revolutionising your morning routine. And I’ll show you how — with juicing demos & recipes, daily checklists, nourishing breakfast options, and inspiring interviews with Wellness Warriors who’ve designed magnificent morning rhythms.
STEP 3: POWER TO THE PLANTS
You don’t have to be a Nutrition Nerd (like me) to get passionate about plants!
They’re bursting with oxygen, powered by sunlight, and packed with super-natural nutrients. If you’re fighting a disease, plants can literally save your life. If you’re feeling OK, plants can give you world-changing, marathon-running, climb-a-tree-and-do-ten-cartwheels energy.
Get ready for salads like you’ve never seen ‘em before — colorful, crunchy, and crazy-delicious. Once you’ve introduced even just a few more plants into your diet, you’ll be amazed at how different you feel.
STEP 4: MORE GREEN, LESS MEAN
OK. Eating animals isn’t necessarily MEAN — but it’s not always the most nourishing choice for your body.
By now, you’ve started to experience the magic healing powers of PLANTS — and we’re going to kick it up ten notches, by grrrrradually eliminating unnecessary animal products from your diet.
You’ll learn about veggie-based protein sources — like whole grains, legumes, and dairy alternatives. And you’ll experiment with ancient grains (like quinoa & farro), homemade veggie burgers, and a decadent chocolate milkshake . . . made from nuts & raw cacao.
STEP 5: SUGAR & SUPERFOODS
Transforming your life isn’t about saying NO to everything delicious, sweet & creamy.
That would be awfully depressing — and difficult to sustain!
But you can start to explore how sugar affects your mood (and why it’s so addictive),
and gradually replace highly-processed treats with nourishing, plant-based options.
Need some inspiration? How about cashew cheesecake, raw brownies, and chocolate chia pudding? I promise: your inner toddler will NOT throw a tantrum with these superfoods on the table!
STEP 6: GORGEOUS FAT. GLORIOUS SALT.
FAT & SALT are your friends. It’s true. I promise.
But just like you choose your real-life friends with caution & discernment, you want to choose your fats & salts with equal care. No back-stabbing, negative, false friends allowed!
You’ll continue to refine your diet with pure & clean plant-based fats and unprocessed sea salts. The good news? Your kitchen cupboard is about to get a glamorous upgrade. And the best part? Your food’s going to taste SO much better.
STEP 7: CHEMICALS, LABELS & DIRTY TRICKSTERS
You’re more than halfway through your Lifestyle Transformation experience, and I bet you’re already seeing visible differences in the mirror — and remarkable shifts, in your mind & heart.
Put on your science geek glasses, and get ready for an eye-opening tour through the (freaky) world of preservatives, chemicals, and icky food additives.
Find out which fruits & vegetables have the most chemical nonsense — and which tend to be clean & safe. Learn how to read food labels, make sense of the small print, and spot definite no-nos.
You’ll be more inspired than ever to make organic produce a major priority — and even grow a few herbs & veggies at home!
STEP 8: THINK LIKE A WARRIOR
Anybody can live & eat differently for a week or two. But permanently transforming your lifestyle? That takes courage, conviction, and an arsenal of mental skills.
In this momentously important module, we’re going to awaken your inner Wellness Warrior — the best possible version of yourself. The self that wants to LIVE. The self that wants to THRIVE. The self that makes health & wellness a non-negotiable priority — no matter what.
You’ll explore how meditation can actually re-wire your brain — making you stronger, more committed to your quest, and more resilient in the face of icky circumstances & obstacles. You’ll start to think like a Warrior — a Warrior who knows that your life is worth fighting for.
STEP 9: MOVEMENT & SUNSHINE
It can be excruciatingly difficult to start exercising when you’ve got less-than-zero energy, and your body feels like crap. That’s why our module on MOVEMENT is Step 9, not Step 1!
By now, you’ve cleaned up your diet, you’ve re-wired your mind, and you’re feeling better, cleaner & stronger. You’re ready to create a movement & fitness practice that supports all of your excellent food choices — or take your current exercise regime to the next level.
Get ready for guided yoga videos, body-groovin’ affirmations, and more inspiring interviews. It’s time to get out in the sun, soak up your Vitamin D, and see what your body can do!
STEP 10: NATURAL BEAUTY + BODY + HOME
You’ve done so much incredible work to clean up your diet, clear your mind, and crank up your movement & exercise regime. You’re becoming a true Wellness Warrior — and now, it’s time to turn your attention to your personal sanctuary: your HOME.
After all: there’s not much point removing harsh chemicals from your diet, if you’re just going to rub them on your skin.
In this module, you’ll learn how to identify chemicals in beauty products, and create your own natural beauty remedies, at home. You’ll learn how to get your home spic ‘n span & totally sparkling, with essential oils, vinegar, baking soda, and other body-friendly miracle-workers. And you’ll set up a home spa, with luxurious bathroom rituals to cleanse & detoxify your body — inside out, and outside in.
STEP 11: DREAMING BIG
When your body feels GOOD, you’ve got time, energy & enthusiasm to spare. You can turn your attention to bigger projects, and juicer goals. You can start to reframe your whole future — and start living on purpose.
You’re ready to create your first Vision Board — a powerful collection of images & affirmations, to reinforce the promises you’ve made . . . to yourself.
